hiya! my name is Ai, I am a digital artist from Ireland with a love of drawing pretty ladies and kemonomimi characters!I've been drawing for the majority of my life but only picked up digital art in 2020. I'm always looking for ways to improve so although I try to keep my art examples up to date, my art may slightly differentiate!

By commissioning me, it means you've notified and agreed to all the terms listed.
Please do not pay anything beforehand until I have confirmed acceptance.
Full payment upfront via Paypal within the next 48 hours of confirmation, unless agreed otherwise. Orders of $100+ may be paid in 2 intervals, before starting and at completion.
I will only start after receiving the agreed upfront payment.
Working by specific deadline(s) is currently not available.
Communication and delivery of commission will be done through clients choice. Discord, Toyhouse PMs, Twitter DMs and email are alright. DeviantArt messages may go unnoticed or have delayed replies.
Please always provide clear references and specific details if you need me to take note - for custom commissions, I can provide a form.
Composition changes can be requested at the sketch stage, colour changes can be requested at the flat colour stage.
WIPs will be given as progress updates. These are always given at the sketch and flat colour stage at minimum.You may also request a WIP at any point.
I will only make changes on my part of error. Otherwise, any changes done to which you didn't provide clearly beforehand may incur minor extra charges.
The final product(s) will be in PNG format (unless otherwise specified) without watermark, and not as sai/psd or any files containing layers.
FOR PERSONAL USAGE:
✔️ You are permitted to upload the final product(s) to personal sites. Please give visible credit all the time.
✔️ You are permitted to put the final product(s) on social media(s) icon.
✔️ You are permitted to use for personal device(s) as wallpaper etc.
✔️ You are permitted to use the final product(s) to physical item(s) SOLELY for personal use.
✔️ You are permitted to share WIP stage images with others personally
(ex. discord servers, messages, etc).
❌ You are not allowed to post WIP stage images on social media.
❌ You are not allowed to edit or modify the commissions in any way under any circumstances. Resizing is allowed.
❌ Usage for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or other cryptocurrencies from my artwork is strictly prohibited.
❌ You are not allowed to upload on AI generated/picrew similar websites. (e.g Midjourney, illustmimic etc.)FOR COMMERCIAL USAGE:
For purchasing these terms of commercial usage rights, it will be x2 the final price. Please notify me beforehand.Commercial commissions are to only for promotional usage:
✔️ Usage of artwork for streaming platforms or others (e.g. Twitch, Youtube, Discord etc.) counts as commercial usage.
✔️ You are permitted to use for in-stream assets e.g. custom emojis/emotes/stickers/banners etc. or other promotional purposes.
✔️ Certain edits and modifications are allowed for overlays/banners etc. Please check with me for confirmation.
❌ Usage of artwork for profit/redistribution purposes is currently not included and not available and therefore, not permitted.
❌ You are not allowed to use for prints, as merchandise, for promotion/advertisement of a commercial project etc.Private commissions are currently not available.I own full rights to the commissions e.g. to display the art pieces on my sites. This may include also sharing WIP stages. If you are not comfortable with WIP's being shared, please inform me.
